Jo Cruz is an independent consultant, trainer, quality coach and external assessor. She has over 20 years experience working with youth and families, specializing in impoverished communities. She has worked with populations in N.J., P.A., K.Y., I.N., as well as internationally in Spain, Portugal and Botswana. Her personal mission “ending unhealthy cycles through child advocacy and adult education” is a goal she strives to reach in all consulting and personal endeavors.     

Carol Frame, MSSW, CSW, provides consultation and training to support providers who work with trauma exposed clients.  As a social worker, Carol has many years of experience working with children, youth, and young adults as well as overseeing multiple projects.  She specializes in designing and delivering customized programs that support healing, reduce stress, improve productivity, and enhance employee satisfaction, creating a healthier and more engaged workforce.
